Refund policy
Return Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (Customers need to pay for the return shipping.)
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Certain products, including custom or special order items, are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Call or email our customer service team at 510-397-0088 or info@mflowracing.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Ship Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your return authorization number. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Restocking Fee
Products returned without a required offsetting order are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the Net Purchase Price.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and specify the exchange details in your email. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Custom or special order items
- Items marked as final sale
